Pro Transfer Ltd Terms&Conditions and Privacy Policy

These terms and conditions is Agreement between you and Pro Transfer for providing transportation services. Filling online booking form and use of Pro Transfers Ltd services is considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • 1. Definitions
    • Pro Transfer means company who is providing transportation services. You are individual person or a company who makes booking/s with us using our website.
  • 2. Booking
    • 2.1. Pro Transfer is accepting bookings only in advance of minimum time 10 hours. Booking requests in less then 10h before pick can still be made over e-mail/phone, but are subject to availability.
    • 2.2. You are responsible for choosing pick up time for your transportation service. Pro Transfer Ltd will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic or your ordered pick up time if that will be a reason for not reaching your destination on time as well as not being ready to be collected according to specified pick up time mentioned in booking.
    • 2.3. It is your responsibility to order the right car type (saloon, estate, MPV) and specify exact amount of luggage (check-in bag, cabin bags). When specifying passenger amount in booking form do not forget to count child or infant as one passenger. Pro Transfer will not be responsible for any consequences caused by ordering incorrect car type, luggage amount or passenger amount.
    • 2.4. Pro Transfer are not transporting wheelchair passengers and pets.
  • 3. Prices&Payment
    • 3.1. All prices provided by Pro Transfer are all-inclusive. Pro Transfer have rights to change the price at any time if there are changes in original booking (passenger, luggage amount, type or size of car).
    • 3.2. Price for transportation services from airports includes meet and greet service inside the airport in arrival hall with passengers nameboard.
    • 3.3. All bookings must be pre-paid in full amount without any exceptions.
  • 4. Service
    • 4.1. You are responsible for behaviour of all passengers during transfer. You or any of passenger can be charged for mucking in car according to company's policy or your transfer can be even terminated.
    • 4.2. Eating, drinking or smoking are not allowed in car.
    • 4.3. Child seats must be provided by parents. Pro Transfer are not providing them. It is allowed to keep childer on the lap during the ride.
    • 4.4. It is your responsibility to check if all provided information are correct in your booking. Pro Transfer are not taking any responsibility for any consequences caused by providing incorrect information in your booking.
    • 4.5. Transfer price includes 1h of waiting after actual flight landing time. If the passenger/s will be unreachable for any reason after free waiting time expires Pro Transfer Ltd. will release the driver and your booking will be marked as no-show without any refund. An additional waiting charge will be applied after free waiting time will expire according to the company’s price list and only in case if there will be contact established with passenger and only by passenger request. Extra waiting time charges will apply regardless of the reason why passenger has exceeded free waiting time, even if it will not be directly passengers fault (long immigration check, waiting for luggage etc.). Payment for extra waiting time must be paid in cash directly to the driver. Extra waiting charges consist of 2 parts: 1. drivers time 7GBP every 15min; 2. Parking – 8GBP every 30min. If passengers refuse to cover extra waiting charges driver has rights to refuse transfer and Pro Transfer Ltd. will keep the full cost of transfer payment.
    • 4.6. If passenger will be unreachable for any reason after 15min waiting in pick up address (not from airport) Pro Transfer will release the driver and your booking will be marked as no-show without any refund.
    • 4.7. For services from airports driver will be waiting for you inside arrival hall. If you can not find driver contact Pro Transfer. Do not leave arrival hall unless you are not instructed to do so.
  • 5. Cancellations and charges
    • 5.1. It's your responsibility to inform Pro Transfer about your booking cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 hour before pick up time if less or in case of no-show - 100% of total transfer price.
    • 5.2. After cancellation your payment for booking will be returned to your account within 1 business week. In some cases refunding could take longer time depending on policy of your bank.
    • 5.3. Changes in booking are allowed up to 4 hours before pick up. In case of pick up or destination address change additional charges may apply.
  • 6. Liability
    • 6.1. Pro Transfer professional team will use all reasonable possibilities to get you to your destination on time, but we will not take any responsibility for any kind of loss because of delays caused by traffic or any other reason out of our company control.
    • 6.2. All your luggage will be carried only on your own responsibility
    • 6.3. Pro Transfer will provide full refund for your booking in force major situation (war, extreme weather, national emergency etc.)
    • 6.4. If the car breaks down during your transfer then Pro Transfer will do it's best to get alternative transport for you as soon as possible. In case if you will decide to take another transport on your own then Pro Transfers will not cover any extra charges for your alternative transport if such charge will arise for any reason and partial refund will be made according to your already traveled distance.
    • Pro Transfer will make refund of 20% of total transfer price if our company will be late for your pick up more then 20min. This rule will apply only to transportations to airport.
  • 7. Termination
    • 7.1. No refunds (including partial refunds) will be given if you or any passenger traveling with you will terminate transfer in any part of your journey.
    • 7.2. Pro Transfer have rights to terminate and cancel your transfer at any time if there will arise risk to driver or car as damage, violence or abuse from you or any passenger traveling with you and you and all the passengers traveling with you will have to leave the car as soon as it will be save to do so without any refund.
  • 8. Miscellaneous and privacy policy
    • 8.1. Pro Transfer have rights to subcontract obligations at any time without any prior notification to other transport company if necessary keeping the same responsibility for provided transportation and service quality as Pro Transfer would provide it.
    • 8.2. Pro Transfer can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notification by posting changes on our web page.
    • 8.3. Pro Transfer will store and use your personal information only for contacting you regarding your booking/s and in marketing purposes and it will not be passed to third party.
